Sharangan’s background
Sharangan has lived in Strathfield South and Homebush for most of his life. Sharangan is a practising environmental lawyer specialising in maritime and planning law.
Sharangan has worked at some of Australia’s leading law firms and has undertaken several high-profile cases. He is eager to bring that expertise to Strathfield Council.
He has previously volunteered in public transparency cases and advocated in refugee matters as well as charities providing COVID19 relief.
